Looking for help or new coach

Hello,
am 21 years old girl and have done long jump for 6 years. I had some problems with my health but recover very well and am ready to train hard for next season.
In this year I've achieved nearly 6 meters so I started where I finnished before the problems. I think I can improve more but my coach is only coach for fun, he did track&field but nowadays he's working hard and have not so much time to stay with me at the stadium, tell me what's wrong and especially write me a training program. I don't train in any group just alone. There's no group of jumpers.

If someone can help me with my training program I'll be really happy. I don't expected that someone would move to me..
