Moving from Prep to College

I am curious about any pitfalls or issues with a coach moving from HS to college. I have coached 9 years and had a lot of success. I have earned my Level II certificate in the throws and I think I would be a valuable asset. However, I am not getting any hits on my resumes. Does anybody have any advice or share your experience with this transition. I love my HS but would like to coach full-time.
Thanks,
Chris Morriss
