I would like to know if wrist wraps, knee sleeves and/or weight belts are allowed in competition?  I am considering Masters shot putting but may need some extra support in some areas. Thank you.

According to the NCAA rules and regulations support belts may be worn in all of the throwing competitions. The rules do not specify if these are to be only back supports. The main requirements of the rules only banish taping and other types of grip assistance that could give an unfair advantage to a thrower.

Good luck in your future throwing!
