Hi, my son is a junior and we start looking at colleges now. He doesn’t know what profession to choose yet, but putting this aside... He is 6’5, 260 lb, his PR’s are: 57’0 in shot put and 172 in discuss. He got OK grades (ACT 31). Which colleges got a good throwing program and academic programs? We move to US 17 years ago, but I went to school in Russia, so I do not know much about college and sports from personal experience.
