i'm having a hard time practicing the position of how to throw the ball properly .. can someone post some pointers with pics.. thanks guys..

well what technique do u use? but no matter what style it is you must release at a 45 degree angle with proper hand placement as well as speed.

I kindly disagree with the 45 degree release angle. If you find an indoor shot, or an outdoor shot against a fence, rest the shot on the base of the fingers, mostly closed. Hold throwing elbow high, perp to ground, and throw into the wall/fence. Keep thumb on the bottom and flick the shot away, having the fingertips be the last to touch the shot. Youtube.com should be your best friend in the beginning stages.
P.S. The shot release can be as low as 38 and up to 41 degrees above the line of an outstretched arm perp to the ground.
