I am entering my sophomore year in high school and looking for a coach in the southeastern massachusetts area. My oldest brother coached me last year and has moved on to college and I am looking to improve. My high school is small and we have very few high jumpers so not much time is geared specifically for jumping.  I really don't have a clue and my form is all over the place. My pr is 6' 4" but I have cleared 6' 7" a couple of times in practice. I would like to see what I can acomplish with some extra training and advice.

Wow! Kinda surprised that no one has taken the time to respond to the majority of posts in this forum. Maybe I should look elsewhere for advice. Any suggestions?

Sorry you have had no useful help. I just got back on this site after a few years. I am the national high jump coach of New Zealand. Originally from New Jersey and jumped for Clemson University. If I can offer you some advice I would be glad to help.

Thanks for the reply. Would you happen to know of any coaches in the Massachusetts or Rhode Island area.  I would be willing to travel a reasonable distance. Should I try contacting some local college programs for suggestions?

Thanks

Mr Fern it's really great to have you contribute to this forum. You had a pretty amazing college career.  Thanks again.
