Does any body know a track and field coach that can train somebody via internet and emails?
I mean a coach who can give me plans and coach me in order to recover my abilities of running.
To explain my case more, I used to practice track and field about two years ago with my university track and field team for almost three years. Unfortunately, after graduation I couldn't continue my carrier and I quit all practicing and every thing.
By the way, I need a coach to start practicing again and I don't know anyone around who can handle my case. please let me know if you have a solution.
