Hello everyone. I'm 26 years old and I've competed in the hurdles throughout high school. I've had great success in this event, which includes winning districts and placing in the top three in state during my junior year. My best time was either in the 15.1's or 15.2's for the 110 meter hurdles which was my better event. Ever since I've graduated in 2000 from high school, I've only competed once idependently, never participated in track and field in college, and trained on and off for almost nine years without a coach. I'll be 29 in 2012 so I'm wondering is it impossible for me to train hard enough to qualify for the London Olympic Trails and possibly make the team?
